Membership Application

Individual-Jurisdiction; Bulk Jurisdiction; Individual-Corporate; and Corporate Memberships are available below. Please read the descriptions carefully before choosing and paying. A service fee & credit card surcharges will be deducted from any refunds due to applying under the wrong category. If you are unsure which category applies, please send us an email so we can assist.
If you are a Permit Tech Chapter or Subcommittee and wish to join, please send us an email to help get you started. Chapter Membership is open to any Association or Chapter whose members are employed by/for a governmental entity that is actively engaged in the administration and enforcement of building codes and all related ordinances and are in good standing with the International Code Council or are seeking to become a Chapter with the International Code Council are eligible for membership. Chapter Membership shall have one voting right and hold no more than one elected office. Each Chapter Membership shall designate one member of their organization as the representative. One individual representative shall be identified on the membership application and may be changed at any time by written or email notification to the Secretary at least two weeks in advance of the Annual Business Meeting.
Chapter Membership categories are as follows:

Chapter Membership (001-025 Members) $50.00/year

Chapter Membership (026-075 Members) $100.00/year

Chapter Membership (076-200 Members) $150.00/year

Chapter Membership (201-500 Members) $200.00/year

Chapter Membership (501+ Members) $300.00/year

Individual Membership - Jurisdiction - $25.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Any person who is employed by/for a governmental entity and is actively engaged in the administration and enforcement of building codes and all related ordinances. An Individual Member has voting rights and can hold no more than one elected office.

Jurisdiction Bulk Membership - $25.00 (USD) Bundle (unlimited) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments A Jurisdiction Bulk Membership is the same membership level as an Individual Membership -Jurisdiction, but allows jurisdictions to register multiple employees at $25.00 PER PERSON, payable on one invoice for total sum.

This membership is for any person who is employed by/for a governmental entity and is actively engaged in the administration and enforcement of building codes and all related ordinances. An Individual Member has voting rights and can hold no more than one elected office.

Individual Membership - Corporate - $50.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Any individual who works for an organization such as an association, society, testing laboratory, institute, university, college, company, manufacturer, or corporation interested in the purpose and the objectives of PermitTechNation. Individual Corporate Membership has no voting rights and cannot hold elected office.

Corporate Membership - $300.00 (USD) Bundle (unlimited) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Any organization such as an association, society, testing laboratory, institute, university, college, company, manufacturer, or corporation interested in the purpose and the objectives of PermitTechNation. Corporate Membership has no voting rights and cannot hold elected office.
