Meet me in St. Louis for the Annual PermitTechNation Member Dinner. Saturday, October 7, 2023, arrive 6:30pm, dinner 7:00pm CT. Entrée 1: Pasta Classics Marinara - From scratch recipe of fresh onions, carrots, tomatoes and garlic sautéed in olive oil and Italian seasonings. (560 calories) Entrée 2: Pasta Classics Rich Meat Sauce - From scratch recipe ground beef sautéed with onions and celery then simmered tomatoes and Italian spices. (650 calories) Entrée 3: Chicken Marsala - Freshly seasoned breast of tender chicken with a Mushroom and Marsala Wine sauce. Served alongside spaghetti with Mizithra cheese and browned butter. (1000 calories) Salad Dressing choice of Creamy Pesto or Balsamic Vinaigrette. Dessert Choice Spumoni or Vanilla ice cream.
