Join PTN for our Annual Membership Dinner on Saturday October 19, 2024 from 7pm - 9pm PT at Solita Tacos & Margaritas, 1 Pine Ave, Long Beach, CA. Entrée Choice of: CARNE ASADA, CORN & SPINACH QUESADILLAS Red flour tortilla stuffed with grilled corn, carne asada and fresh garlic spinach. served with guacamole on the side, chipotle sauce, sour cream, salsa fresca and cotixa. LAZY CHEESE ENCHILDAS Corn tortillas folded over cheese, choice of red or green sauce, more cheese, crema, cotixa, lettuce & salsa fresca. CHICKEN CHILE VERDE Pulled chicken, salsa verde, poblano chiles, cheese, crema & avocado.
