Non-Members residing in WA State: You must join PTN prior to registering. This requirement is in place due to the passing of WA State ESSB5814, effective October 1, 2025, which states live presentations are subject to state sales tax for attendees (applies only to those residing in WA State). As a nonprofit organization, we are not required to collect tax for member events (live presentations).
