Hello all,

We are getting new software and have been using the same permit card template for what seems like 100 years!  Can anyone provide me with a copy of a permit card, perhaps residential and commercial so we can try and rebuild what we have been using with something more current?  We wanted to see what other jurisdictions are using so as to upgrade our styling.
